High-strength, customized main The main shaft adopts high-strength welded steel structure with a unique V-shaped design. All main shafts have passed strict dynamic and static balance tests to ensure the reliability of machine operation. External bearing seat. The bearing seat is installed on the outside of the machine body, and the main shaft and the machine body are sealed by a sealing ring, which effectively prevents the shredded materials in the machine body from entering the bearing, thereby prolonging the life of the bearing.
Hydraulic opening system. The upper and lower cabinet and the screen bracket are hydraulically controlled, which is convenient for machine maintenance and the replacement of blades and screens.
Protection device while replacing blade. The mainshaft is fixed during the blade replacement process, which makes the blade replacement easier. At the same time, the circuit is disconnected to prevent the misoperation of the machine and protect the safety of operators.
